anywhere in New York State, but specialize in Wayne County.

earned the CBR (Certified Buyers Representative) designation in April 2003 which
means that I can act as your exclusive "Buyer's Agent" for any real
estate transaction. You will have my full "fiduciary"
obligation - I will act only for your benefit.

Rochester Area (As a member of the Rochester Multiple Listing Service, I have
access to any property currently listed regardless of listing agency)

can prepare your purchase offer with all the necessary required forms.

I can prepare a Broker's Price Opinion for estate settlements, financial
planning, divorces, etc. (I will provide written documentation as to the current
market value with comparables of similar properties both active and sold.)

property is worth, to what is the best time to list and sell. I don't list
property but can refer you to the right agent to handle the sale of your
property.
